Money and memories :)

 Let's assume a scenario where you are 85 years old, on your deathbed waiting for your precious life to end what would you be thinking about, your bank balance? or your properties or cars? nah you would be thinking about the most wonderful memories that you experienced with your favorite people, isn't it?

Right from a very young age, we have been running as a student at school and college to secure good marks so that we can get placed at a good job which pays us a good amount for us to spend on our needs, wants, pay taxes, make investments and save some for our future needs, while running that race life happens just like that you graduate from school, followed by college, followed by masters and you work your whole life to provide for you and your family, that is your duty isn't it, well that's good but at the end what matters is how well you have spent your time in this life, How good were you towards your friends, peer group, colleagues, family, and other people in your circle? what good values of you did people like and learned? Did they feel happy when they were with you and for you? 

Your life is made of memories that you make with people like school field trips, college cultural, your first love, long drives with your best friends, outing with family, hanging out with your crush, your first day at school, college, and job, your first bike/car, your family vacation trip, and the list goes on.

Money is important that is why we have lots of people working hard for hours together both as an employee as well as an employer, but money is only a part of our lives, earn it and spend it on making lots of loveable memories by going on solo trips, tours with friends, buying and reading your favorite books, giving treats for your friends and family regularly, spend it on your fitness, mental health and most importantly enjoy your life.

 I realize that I am always on my phone expecting texts or calls from WhatsApp, instagram, and from other apps. Whenever I hear the sound of a notification I get excited to be disappointed by some random notification sent by either zomato, swiggy, dunzo,etc.... Most of us can stay on our mobile phones watching content for hours together but we can't meditate for 5 mins each day, read a book for half an hour without a break, or converse with someone without checking our phones. WHY?
